I managed to stay pretty relaxed in this class. I hope I can continue this trend, as it has made this course much more enjoyable than many of my other courses. I know this might not be considered something I learned in accounting, but in my opinion it is. Accounting is all about the details, and if I'm constantly stressing, I'll make mistakes. So if I stay relaxed and think calmly, I will be more successful in the future. A good example would be the journal sheets we have at work. For years I had to reset the sheets by hand. It seemed like every time I did it, I got a little out. I would be so frustrated, but it wouldn't go well. I eventually discovered that if I stepped back and calmed down, I would usually find the little mistake. I think taking this course will help me remember to stay calm and think.
