I didn't know that I had to obey him because he had other things to think about. A gift show came up, I was tasked to go there and get some brochures, unfortunately I was waiting for his go signal for when I would attend. He asked me when I was going, but I didn't think about it, so he said you have to have initiative. If the boss asks you to complete a certain task, you must do it with your own strategy. Since my boss wanted to transform me to become a successful working woman, he even shared with me a link on fourteen ways to do it if there are ten minutes before the end of the day, he told me that taking notes, acknowledge receipt of emails, interaction with employees is essential and have a good first impression with your boss. It helped me change my attitude in the workplace. I am happy to have been able to work at PTIC Singapore. Thank you, Sir Glenn, for putting up with all my mistakes. The lessons learned will not only help me in the future, but also in my current life as a student. I will do my best and better understand the career I would like to pursue
