    Some people believe that color blindness is one of the best ways to deal with cultural diversity in the United States, because it leads to an egalitarian society in which racial privileges no longer exist. . This primarily depends on treating individuals as fairly as possible, regardless of their color (race, creed and ethnic origin). According to the book “Everybody Was Kung Fu Fighting”, chapter 2, Prashad explained the logic of the most motivating action to reduce discrimination, which was “affirmative action”. Affirmative action aimed to evaluate people based on their merits and regardless of their ethnic origin. He explained that it was the colorblind people who advocated affirmative action. He explained how people ignored this action and how other ethnicities were discriminated against in favor of white people. giving an example of the educational process of Asian Americans during the era when Asian American applicants were required to score more on their SAT than white applicants were admitted to Harvard University, Prashad showed how Asian Americans demanded the right to be treated equally. as white people and showed how Asian Americans face discrimination in everything. Although color blindness can be a source of ending discrimination, it still has a negative side ;
