The speech community I observed had excellent communication, which is why problems rarely arise. To achieve any goals within a group, communication is vital. For example, if a group suffers from a major lack of communication, they will not be successful in what they are trying to do. Communicating with others can be such a simple task, but knowing how to do it and what to communicate can be a more difficult task.
