Criticizing Brave New World through a female perspective shows the underlying male dominance present in Aldous Huxley's seemingly egalitarian society. In the best of all possible worlds, I believe there is a lack of feminism. Feminists are judged as man-haters because they value women's rights over most things. A man from Brave New World would certainly consider me a disgusting unconditioned savage. Aldous Huxley made the world of Brave New World the complete opposite of the world as it is today. The world considers things like mother, wife and girlfriend to be considered promiscuous. Brave New World considers sex the social norm and marriage a sin. Relationships between men and women cannot be romantic or monogamous. However, after having sex, they break up. Women are not allowed to bear a child, otherwise they will be considered uncivilized and wild, like how Linda felt after having Jhon, she said she didn't get pregnant and she could have return to the New World. I believe Aldous may have grown up in a time when women were not in high positions because he says nothing about women shaping the world. In the document you gave me from Jennifer, she says that Aldous Huxley feared "Man of Mass", I agree with this statement because Huxley never talked about diversity, he only talked about the different castes of beings created in test tube that he imagined in his writings He wanted everyone to look the same and believe in the same things I also don't believe that Huxley believed much in God because he calls God Ford and replaced. the cross with a (T), he also created holy figures like the Bible forbidden to people in this world he created Women in the middle of a paper...... hey, you slept with. ?I think it's because they've been so well conditioned that they have no feelings or emotions towards others However, Lenina and Henrey dated for three months, so maybe they have. started to develop feelings for each other, but they just didn't know what those emotions were The world controls were never conditioned, which leads me to believe that there is a normal society outside of. the wilderness reserve and states of the world. A place where only men are allowed to go. Women will never be able to access this place. If they do, men in positions of higher authority might fear learning what they are capable of and starting a movement for women's rights. If a woman had the same opportunities as men in the best of all possible worlds, there would be pregnancies, marriages and relationships. This is why they only let men in a higher position of authority.
