  • Essay / The importance of unemployment - 1063

Money is God. No one can live without money because everyone needs money to survive. As the world becomes more competitive, people find it difficult to find jobs and the unemployment rate continues to rise. People tend to consider more challenging careers. There is only one way to get money: work. It is one of the most important factors in human beings. People earn money from their jobs, and each job is distinctive in terms of compensation. This is a major problem that causes many people to want to quit their jobs and find better jobs. However, if they have no money or are unable to work for any reason, it can have many impacts on the country as the unemployment rate continues to rise. Every country faces this problem. Some countries are able to restrict it, particularly in developed countries. However, in some countries the situation is out of control because the country's social welfare is not sufficient. This essay will argue that the government should distribute subsidies to some people who are able to work, but cannot find employment, in order to reduce economic problems, improve the standard of living of the unemployed, and even reduce crime. Unemployment basically means people who lack resources. looking for a job. “The unemployed are people able, available and willing to work at the prevailing wage rate, but who cannot find employment despite actively seeking employment” (Riley, 2012). Unemployment occurs when demand rates increase, economic growth declines and layoffs begin to increase due to an economic depression (Hardman, 1999). High unemployment rates are the main obstacle to overall social development. When many people are unemployed, companies do not have competent people to manage the work. This essay indicates that financial assistance from unemployment insurance, which comes from Parliament, is a way to solve the depression, accelerate the development of the economy and reduce crime in the country. These subsidies that the government gives to unemployment come mainly from taxes on workers and the country's income. The benefits of subsidizing unemployment benefits are far greater. The government should therefore focus on the impacts to reduce the level of unemployment. On the other hand, it has negative consequences on the distribution of wages, it leads to inequalities between employed and unemployed workers and it can create incompetent workers. More importantly, he manages many budgets and unemployment rates will increase in the future..
