    Critical thinking occurs when a person thinks about a topic or problem in order to improve the quality of their own thinking by using skillful analogies and then evaluating and reconstructing them . Some important skills learned through critical thinking are learning to discipline yourself in thinking, understanding the world, and learning yourself. Critical thinking in business has many benefits in the decision-making process of employers and employees. A few weeks ago, the director of RSc faced a problem when an employee arrived at work half-drunk. The employee had not drunk that morning but was still drunk from the day before; he was doing his job and wasn't acting much different than usual. However, it could be smelled on him from a meter away no matter what the manager tried, like asking him to brush his teeth, chew gum, etc. It's busy this time of year and the employee really needed his help at work. at the counter, helping customers and answering the phone. The manager sat and observed him for the first 30 minutes after the doors opened and was thinking of a way to keep him working without being noticed because there were so many people and he was working to the back or that he was sending it. the house could give more work to the other employees. However, keeping it there could get the employee and manager in trouble for having it out front while smelling of beer while working with customers and one of them smelled it and said something or complained about him. This employee has never gotten into the habit of it so it was a first for him and he is a very valuable employee. After about an hour on the job, the manager thought about the situation and decided he couldn't risk having this employee at work for health and safety reasons. The only thing to do was take a chance on getting more work handed to others and send that employee home for the day. Even though the employee didn't drink anything before or at work, he was still a little drunk the next morning at work and smelled of beer. The manager had to do the right thing and send him home without pay and if it happened again he was warned he would be drafted. When you receive three grades, you are fired..
