  • Essay / The Need for Proper Organization Assessment...

Since organizations actually affect almost every aspect of our daily lives, it is essential for us to understand the what, how and why organizations (Buchanan and Huczynski, 2010). . Therefore, proper assessment of organizational behavior is necessary. This essay will analyze the application of a critical thinking model to the study of organizational behavior. To do this, it will first be necessary to clearly define the key terms, generally describing Taylorism, Fordism and post-Fordism, then proceed to analyze different examples.
