    No fun without fundingHow many people have a connection with education? In the United States, almost everyone receives an education. School is one of the most influential places in the world. Students learn many lessons about life while attending school. Students create knowledge and new memories that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Why would the government stop funding one of the most needed places in the world? Education can lead people to new experiences. Without government funding, schools cannot function as they are supposed to. The basics that students need to achieve their goals, like sports and teachers, are being cut due to lack of funding. Without adequate funding for education, today's youth will struggle to succeed. To help with the limited funds produced by the government, several organizations are helping schools with much-needed funds. The Great Recession triggered cuts in school funding. The government didn't want to lay off scores of teachers, so it provided a mass of funds to temporarily help. The government made this situation even more of a dilemma by briefly granting funds to schools in need. When the government stops providing funds, it starts affecting schools. States across the country must now decide whether to restore revenue or let the cuts occur (Baker). The government decided to stop providing funds to schools in 2011. State revenues have still not recovered from the recession; thus, many schools still do not have the necessary funds. In order to help with funds, many organizations have been created to provide these much needed funds (Oliff). Teachers have a greater impact on the lives of students than communities and government recognize. As an important aspect of the United States, education must be funded by the government. Education is an important aspect of the United States. The people of the United States pay taxes; therefore, citizens pay for children to go to school. Why should the government remove this? The law requires students to go to school so they can have fun while doing it. Children can't do this if the government cuts some of the most beneficial subjects or activities in school. If the government ends school funding, where will schools get the money to operate ??
