Thus, online learning is essential as it provides the student with easy-to-use and one-click class material. It builds and encourages student self-responsibility. Finally, it offers great accessibility and affordability for higher education. Online learning is becoming easier to use and manage after the web revolution and the introduction of Web 2.0. The new Web has created simpler, but more active, interactions between the student and the material taught on the Web, thanks to the Ajax and JavaScript languages ​​used.
