  • Essay / Tropical Rainforest Ecosystems - 1330

Many animals around the world are individually and uniquely created in their own ways. Just like there are a variety of animals, there are a variety of ecosystems and each ecosystem is completely different, but each ecosystem creates environments in which all of these different animals can live. If more people started to look around and realize that certain things they do can affect the animals and ecosystems around them, then more animals would not be in danger because many people would see that their way of doing things can affect the animals and would start to change their habits. The tropical rainforest is just one of many different ecosystems around the world. Rainforests can be an incredible ecosystem due to their unique environment. The rainforest can be very humid, hot and humid due to all the precipitation. The average rainfall is about 50 to 200 inches of rain per year. Due to precipitation, the temperature in the tropical rainforest can vary from 93 degrees Fahrenheit and drop to around 68 degrees Fahrenheit. In a rainforest, the altitude can be low since the forest is close to sea level. Few people know that a rainforest provides 40% of the earth's oxygen. A rainforest is home to a variety of things such as plants, soil, animals and microorganisms. Plants found in the forest are coconut trees, bamboos, fig trees, durians, jambu, avocado and banana trees. Rainforest trees make up about 70% of plants. Trees are very important and they actually provide us with almost a quarter of the medicines we have today. The rainforest soil is not the richest but on the other hand, the vegetation is very strong due to nutrient cycling. The amount of animals found in the middle of a paper leads to health problems. Whether you believe it or not, the little things we do every day affect the world around us. Even though the world seems so big, it won't be big for long if we all continue to live the way we do. Helping the world could be as simple as reducing our shower times and not leaving the water running, instead of just throwing away our homework it would have been better for the world to not waste paper and recycle it. The more paper the world throws away, the more trees it cuts down, which gives us our oxygen. When everyone is going about their daily lives, remember to keep the environment in mind and if we could get everyone working together we could make a difference to the world around us. Getting everyone to encourage their friends and family to help do the same. We can make the world a better place, one step at a time..
