    1.0 IntroductionBusiness expansion, improved customer service, increased profitability - these are the main goals of every organization. Also, the atmosphere and work spirit are key factors for the development of the company. In the latest research carried out in "USBX and Co." it was found that the working atmosphere was inadequate and that the motivation of the employees had fallen to a very low level, although in terms of salary all employees were satisfied . Therefore, it was immediately decided that the human resource department should conduct proper research to find possible solutions by proposing methods to motivate the workers of the organization.2.0 THE ORGANIZATION MOTIVATION PLANBased on the research carried out by the human resources department, it was decided to develop the organization's motivation plan by combining two motivation theories, Maslow's hierarchy of needs (1954) and McClelland's theory of achievement motivation ( 1961). Employees are an organism that depends on work atmosphere, team spirit and incentives. They constitute an all-powerful power of the company under the authority of a wise manager. The following plan outlines various strategies to address issues of job satisfaction, employee turnover, productivity and quality of work.
