  • Essay / Life Experiences Guide My Mission - 809

“Life is not about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself” – George Bernard ShawMy goal in life is to be a great friend and wife to my fiance. An exceptional and admirable mother who teaches her children not only right and wrong, but how to become healthy, happy, successful and responsible adults who can do the same for their families. I don't want to lose sight of who I am and the person I'm supposed to be in the process. All while enjoying every moment of life and making every moment count. My GuideLife experiences guide me in fulfilling my mission. Through the people I meet and the places I travel, I witness different cultures and values. It ignites in me a spark of desire to understand why people do certain things or why they have values so different from mine. As I learn and understand, I become more tolerant and can pass on my knowledge to others. I will not let stereotypes created by the media or others break my happiness process. My process will allow me to become a better decision-maker and avoid making hasty judgments. Important Relationships My Fiance: Being engaged to me is like running a marathon. At first, you leave happy, full of enthusiasm, thinking: “No problem, I can do it!” » Then there are the hills. The ones going down the hills pass right by, but the ones going up the hills, boy, you start to think, "What am I doing here?" “This is ridiculous!” I should just stop! Soon everything hurts; some parts of you even become numb. Then you'll remember why you started this race in the first place. You learn to pace yourself and you just love running. I got engaged to my fiancé so I could grow old with my best friend in the world. And sometimes we remember it loudly.Future children: Although... middle of paper... drained of energy to communicate with people and friends. So I would just like to have a simple personal mission to be a wonderful wife, a loving mother, a caring friend, and an imaginative and innovative psychologist. My relationship with my mission statement and my daily life is not in perfect balance. I sometimes get overwhelmed by the challenges of everyday life, like money and schoolwork. I need to do a better job of prioritizing what’s important and what’s not. Even though I feel “off balance” with how I live my life today and my life mission statement, overall I am happy. This tells me that my mission guides me. If I am asked today about my love for my fiancé, my family and my life. I would say that I love my fiancé. I love my family and I love my life. Continuing to engage in activities that promote this way of thinking is and will be my priority..
