Maybe your whole life you've been told that flying is scary. You've watched shows where the passengers are terrified. And you've heard stories from friends or family that made you never want to get on a plane again. All of these experiences have happened throughout your life and have solidified your fear like a nail driving it into the ground. It will take a lot of positive messages about flying to change the way you view it. Additionally, a positive flying experience may even be necessary to help change the way you view flying. You need to consciously add positive thoughts and experiences about flying into your subconscious in order to rewire your belief about flying.
