Alcohol and personalityAlcoholism is a path often traveled but there is no light at the end. The road only leads to a life of depression, anxiety, anger, stress and much more. These are all common undesirable personality traits that we encounter at one time or another. However, alcoholics exhibit these characteristics day in and day out, as the likelihood of them acting in these types of ways is almost doubled when alcohol is involved. Before he knows it, he will find himself psychologically dependent on alcohol and stages will develop. First, he may need to drink before bed to sleep better. Then he might need to have a beer or two during his lunch break at the office because he has a lot on his mind. Eventually, he will find himself drinking to solve the simplest problem or needing to drink before he can even feel comfortable in public. Once this point in the alcoholic cycle is reached, his personality will begin to change and take on a new and distorted form...
