I entered the job market with the idea that I knew a lot more about how things worked than I actually did. For this reason, I was willing to take on much more work, and more challenging work, than I could handle. It wasn't the right mindset, and I realize that now. This was not necessarily a legitimate meaning, but rather an overenthusiastic and unprofessional meaning. The advice I can give to my classmates and future recruits is to be willing to hear what your boss has to say, they have the experience and knowledge of how things work within the company. business. And also to take into consideration the impact of your actions, not only on you, but also on your team. When you say you are capable of finishing something or working on a project, your team has confidence that the work will get done. If you don't know how to do it, you and whoever is completing the project are wasting valuable time. Another thing to think about is not to think that you should be treated any differently than any other employee, you all have your ethics and core values and you should be aware of them.
