Teaching is not an easy profession nor an easy job to do. The following conditions are some of the cases we faced as TP students in school and how they were resolved. The first case we faced was a fight with classmates, two boys were joking with each other, it turned into a fight and the teacher immediately stopped the students and asked them to stand in a corner at the back of the class, then he spoke with it after proposing an activity to the other students. The second case was harassment, one of the boys took other students' pocket money by forcing them to pay. So the teacher spoke with the administration, and then the school contacted his family and looked into why this was happening. The third case was crying, a little girl is sitting in front of the class and she always cries when the school bill rings because she is afraid that her sister will leave her inside the school so the teacher immediately asks him to leave the class. and wait until he finishes the lesson. Eventually, after all the dissection among our group members, we recognized that the most interesting behavioral problem was theft; a fourth grade boy was stealing from his classmate without anyone knowing and it was affecting learning in class. The reason behind choosing this dangerous behavioral concern is that stealing causes many problems within the classroom environment itself and distracts the learning process. So this essay is a small analysis of this behavioral problem and aims to talk about the main reasons behind it and what are some of the suggestions that can be used to solve it. Additionally, how does it affect students and teachers. There are many reasons why students steal middle of paper......and because it may work but it will eventually lead to making the student hate the teacher and this causes the student to hate learning. As for parents, they can give the student a lesson on the bad things that stealing leads to and give some examples about it. The student must listen to his parents and do what they tell him to do in order to avoid this behavior problem. Parents should avoid physical abuse which affects the student's confidence and makes them fear many things. Ultimately, to summarize, there are many reasons why a student steals from school and it is related to different reasons. like condition, environment and many other things and there are many solutions to use in order to avoid this behavior problem and our role as teachers is that we must help these students to be more faithful and their show the right way
