    When researchers allow bias to control actions in experiments over objective protocols, the scientific community suffers a loss. Regardless of opinion, experience or knowledge, empiricism must be the driving factor of research. Otherwise, the science will be tainted even if there is no improper intent behind the process. There is no place for bias in any scientific genre and must be controlled through critical analysis and accountability. Therefore, when the research has been evaluated, the results are replicated and empirically recognized as reliable and trustworthy.
