    If one person abandoned an idea, it would ruin the entire game. If one person decided to change the design of a character, it would ruin everyone else's work. If one person quits or abandons the entire game, a major setback will occur. Each person contributed to the success of the team. All parts of a project need different people to make it work. This is also why you create a game that everyone can agree on. If a person does not enjoy the project they are working on, less effort is put in on their part. Through my interview with Martin Sahlin, who worked with another person, I was able to hear the truth behind it all. Martin Sahlin believed that “there is something really special about working on your own game.” Most likely, the main reason he didn't enjoy his job at Raster Media, a gaming company, was due to his lack of contribution. He wanted to make it for his own desires and not for a business. There was some truth to his statement, but I believe the main reason he didn't like making games with Raster Media was because he wasn't part of a big team. Working with more people allows you to really clarify things and reduce the workload you might have on a game. It can even allow you to develop your ideas even further and create bigger games that more people can
