Essay / Ted Bundy: The Traits of a Serial Killer
Psychiatrists say this tends to happen when the child is deprived of care and the parents have been absent from their lives or neglected them. In addition to wanting to control, they showed violence towards animals and others very early on. To become a serial killer, all traits must be present, not just one specific trait. In conclusion, Ted Bundy called it an addiction. After killing, he wanted to start all over again, which resulted in the murder of many innocent women. He came from an unstable family and showed a desire to control others, which he demonstrated by only killing women. Psychiatrists or psychologists want to understand why people become serial killers, and even if certain traits could already explain it. Ultimately, these serial killers will know why and what really caused their actions. To understand why they do it, they must first commit the crime, which is what society has done over time. Serial killers committed their crimes, and right after that people approached them to ask questions to understand why they committed their crimes.
