Regarding empathy, Sadri's point of view will prove constructive to my argument that people should not lose their ability to interact in person. Her view on empathy also aligns with that of Claire Miller, another source of mine that I will use. Both authors discuss empathy from the perspective of economic perspectives, they each describe the usefulness of this skill when looking for a job. Sadiri uses sources such as authors Janet B. Kellett, Ronald H. Humphrey, Randall Goleman and Carl R. Rogers and Richard E. Farson in Communicating in Business Today to relay his message about empathy. I believe the audience he is trying to reach is employees, employers and business leaders across the economy. He wants these people to make sure they take the time to develop this skill because it will affect them in the future.
