The frozen pouches are thawed in a warmer which reheats them until they are ready to serve. Associates distribute hot soups and sides based on what is ordered by the customer. Wawa offers many different sizes and bowls. The problem with charcuterie is portioning. Associates are expected to fill containers with a certain amount of product. The amount is determined by the company and largely due to its liability. Soups should not be too high in containers as this may present a risk of burning, for example.
