South Africa is located at the southern tip of Africa, the 25th largest country in the world and has a population of 53 million. It is a multi-ethnic society that includes a variety of cultures, religions and languages. In terms of religion, 1.5 percent of the total population is Muslim in South Africa, making them the minority of the community. Islam developed in three phases which are the involuntary migration of slaves, political prisoners and political exiles from Africa and Asia like Indonesia began from the mid-1800s to 1952, the arrival of Indian workers from 1874 to 1911 and the post-apartheid period when the wave of African Muslims to the borders of Africa. One of the characteristics of the Muslim community in South Africa is in terms of Madhab or schools of Islam which are Shaafi for East Africa and Maliki for West Africa. Apart from that, many of them are members of Sunnism, but some converted to the Shia school under the influence of Iran. Additionally, another element of community is the interfaith relationship between people. They do not separate themselves from people of other faiths. They still do certain gestures like other non-Muslims do, such as shaking hands, hugging and kissing in order to greet people, even with non-Mahrams. Indeed, they are very influenced by the culture and trends of the African-American people. BACKGROUND OF SOUTH AFRICA South Africa or the Republic of South Africa is a country located at the southern tip of Africa and borders Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Swaziland. . From the above facts, Malaysian businesses can learn something very essential that needs to be done in the business. They must have very good infrastructure to be able to dominate the Malaysian market share. It is a basis for every business to have an excellent infrastructure. Without it, the business will not be able to function very well. Businesses must have a skilled workforce or employees, a factory or workplace that meets safety standards, access to cheap and quality raw materials and innovative research and development. They must also apply effectiveness and efficiency at each stage of the value chain process to reduce costs. When the product offers better quality and cheaper price compared to other giant companies, automatically the consumer will shift their preference from conventional products to Islamic products.
