    I realized I was eating a large amount of meat and it was affecting the saturated fat category in the report. I fell into the penny category in the Dietary Fiber section; therefore, I plan to replace some of the saturated fat with dietary fiber in order to achieve a balance between these two categories. I learned that I needed foods rich in calcium, potassium and magnesium. After some research, I discovered that I could get this by drinking more milk and eating more fish. I discovered that I wasn't eating fish regularly; therefore, I plan to introduce this food into my diet. Additionally, I reaffirmed that I rank well in many categories such as total fat, sodium, copper and potassium. I've also found that I'm in a good place when it comes to the amount of calories I consume daily. I want to lose weight; that's why I always want to be under 2000 calories. I averaged 1762 calories in three days; therefore, I achieved my goal. Plus, I was surprised at how many empty calories I consumed. Even though I was consuming a good amount of calories per day, I was consuming about 340 empty calories per day. I plan to reduce the amount of empty calories I consume in the
