    Tourism can have immense negative effects on the natural beauty of a destination, which are generally due to mass tourism, exceeding the capacity of the welcoming of a destination, high demand for new facilities, deforestation, and pollution often accompany tourism development. Tourism also contributes significantly to atmospheric carbon emissions, which are strongly associated with climate change.
