Abraham Maslow was an American psychologist who believed that people have motivational needs linked to different desires. Individuals intend to define or realize their own needs. Once one of these needs is satisfied, they move on to the next goal. This motivation model is applicable because Maslow's model covers the hierarchy of human needs.
