    As part of the Technical Intelligence Operations (TECHINT) community, weapons intelligence teams often work with outside agencies such as the Air Force American and the United States Navy. Sometimes the teams work closely with intra-agency elements such as national operations teams (ICEs) and technical escort units. It has also become common to work with Coalition partners to conduct multinational operations (FM 2-22.401, 2006). These operations are sometimes difficult to conduct due to command and control (C2) requirements, the need to share intelligence and coordinate combat support services (CSS). These agencies work together to collect forensic evidence that is sent off-site for analysis and documentation to give legal teams the material they need to build cases and prosecute individuals linked to the building, installation and to the use of weapons used against the United States and Coalition forces in the courts of the United States or the host country (Boland,
