ObjectiveFind a job in product management with a local company that can sponsor international students in 6 months. Now, 3 months before graduation, start looking for a job, go to the job fair and submit your CV on the Internet. Transfer to H1B visa in 1 year. And become a product manager in 3-4 years. I chose this year range because most recruiting and employment requirements for a product manager are 3-4 years of product management experience. Product Management I didn't know what to do at first. Then I searched online for these jobs for MBA graduates, I found a lot of jobs which suggested me. Such as software development, information security analyst, financial manager, management analyst, operations research analyst, interpreter and translator and product manager. However, I don't like accounting, analysis and consulting stuff. I'm an active person and I don't want to do things with numbers every day. After talking to Professor Dr. Perez, he gave me some advice, which of the jobs could be considered product management. And I did some research on this work. It requires and the job duties are everything I think is suitable for this type of work, which is managing things and doing marketing. It's interesting to me. In addition, I am very interested in products and want to work with products in daily life, which is not boring. So I am now looking for a job for the works suitable for product management position. What is a product manager? Product management is a strategic, business-oriented role focused on meeting and delivering solutions to market needs. The role may consist of product development and product marketing, which are different (but complementary) efforts,...... middle of paper ...... error. So I have an advantage on that side. Some companies even just look for a high school education and that is much more beneficial to me. Competitive advantageMy advantage lies in my language skills. I can fully use this skill to develop new marketing for the company. Nowadays, many businesses aim to develop new marketing for new customers and make money. China has a large number of citizens and extremely strong purchasing power. I speak Mandarin fluently and I know the Chinese communication model which is quite complex. And I have a master's degree which is better than bachelor's students in finding a job. The MBA program offers me more viable management techniques. However, the weakness is that I am an international student, that means I need to find a company that can sponsor H1B. And my spoken English is not very good. But it can be practiced.
