The ultimate objective of the PMO is to achieve the benefits arising from the application of project management (PM) methods, practices and policies. Thus, over time, the PMO will become the origin of documentation, guidance and measurements regarding all practices involved in project management within the organization, and it will also be the communication channel that can improve management decision making to achieve organizational goals. strategic objectives. On the other hand, agile methodology is considered an alternative to traditional project management, especially in software development projects.
