    Throughout human history, two main things are guaranteed in life, taxes and death. According to Hebrews For Christians researchers, 56,000,000 people die each year (Parson, 2014). Many of these people die at an old age, while a plethora of young people die slowly and tragically. When death occurs, many people are unprepared and, as a result, many devastating things can result. People generally experience problems with their emotions, they will be stressed by a number of situations and many health problems will arise. Many people become depressed for long periods of time and give up on life. Although some people take these experiences to heart, there are many ways to deal with these issues. Dealing with these issues in a healthy way can lead to a very healthy healing process for everyone affected by them. In this research paper, I will discuss three main key points. The first key point I will discuss the stages of death in the Kubler-Ross model. Secondly, I will discuss the psychological effect of how death can affect people in different ways. Third and last, I'm going to show you many different ways to deal with grief. 1) The Stages of Death (Kubler - Ross Model) Although death is an important part of life, accepting it can be a difficult thing to do. Dr. Elizabeth Kubler - Ross, an American psychiatrist and psychologist, helps us discover the series of stages people go through before reaching their point of death. These series of steps were known as the Kubler-Ross model. This model was formed by a study of numerous hospice patients, hospice workers, and families of hospice patients. These five stages include feeling denial, Angel...... middle of paper ...... cooking or even taking part in extreme sports, can all be great solutions for someone dealing with loss of a loved one. By doing all these activities, it will not allow a person's brain to venture into the gray area or think long and hard about the situations at hand. Also, a person is likely to meet someone new who will not replace the deceased, but will return happiness and joy to him. In conclusion, we have seen how death can have a significant effect on a deceased person. close to death and loving his family and friends. Death is a major stage of life that we will all go through one day. Although we cannot avoid death, there are ways to deal with death in healthy ways. There is no time limit on how long it takes to heal from the marks left by death, but with the right attitude and appropriate steps taken, anyone can move forward in life..
