Every day, people around the world walk outside, watch TV, go on the Internet or any other place where they see advertisements for companies and their products/services. . Every business has a symbol to represent it, called a logo, which can be a simple object, a letter, or maybe even some sort of colorful shape. The creative possibilities are endless. Symbols are used to convey messages without spoken or written words, so there are no language barriers. However, cultural mismatches can pose certain difficulties. What is graphic design? Graphic design is the process of combining different artistic aspects of text and images into different things such as advertisements, logos, magazines, etc. The elements that make up graphic design date back to a long time ago, perhaps even to times unknown to us, they include aspects ranging from simple symbols and colors to font types and handwriting across the ages, each slowly developing and evolving into what we see today. What most people may not know is that there is a difference between the words logo and logotype. While a logo can be made up of both symbols and text, a logotype is made up entirely of typography. Typography is the style and appearance of printed matter, which is basically any type of text such as Arial, Times New Roman, and others you may have heard of. Even some languages are entirely composed of symbols, Chinese is an example, and they are entirely composed of pictograms. The most common form of graphic design is journal... ... middle of paper......we've seen it. Although designers need to be careful, think about the psychology behind the design and ensure that the graphic they generate cannot be misinterpreted to mean something bad. In conclusion, graphic design is a very important element in modern society and will continue to grow as an industry. in the future. It has gone from something barely used to something you see literally everywhere in the world. Many people don't even realize they're watching it when they do it. From logos and symbols to text and color, graphic design is made up of many different elements that all come together to create something consumers will remember. /graphic_design/logo_design_history/logo_design_history.html http://www.webdesignerdepot.com/2012/08/the-psychology-of-logo-design/
