    Introduction: The fundamental key to human resources is people. They are considered the main component of every organization. The role of human resources is to maintain efficient financial resources for the organization. Also, directing, planning, organizing and controlling to achieve the objectives that an organization has set to achieve the goal. The main goal of every organization is to continue to perform well every year. High performance can only be achieved by choosing the right person in the right place at the same time. However, the person needs many things to perform well. Thus, the human resources department will be there to provide everything the staff needs to keep them satisfied and efficient. The human resources department must provide motivation, training, good working environment and all necessary work equipment and machines to all the people it recruits in order to value and reward them for their work and achievements they bring to the organization, and to support them in developing the organization and increasing their skills and abilities. Human resource management is the process of recruiting, selecting, developing, utilizing, compensating and motivating the organization's personnel to their satisfaction. HR is concerned with “managing people in organizations as effectively as possible for the benefit of employees, the business and society” (Schuler, 1998, p27).
