    INTRODUCTIONIn the society we live in, we cannot survive without communication. This is not limited to human beings, but also to animals who communicate with each other to transmit information. There are different forms of communication, but they vary depending on the message being transmitted or the sender and recipient. Communication is important in any relationship and without proper communication; people can easily disagree or be misled due to lack of knowledge or assumptions. DISCUSSIONCommunication involves exchanging information and this can be done through speaking, using certain mediums or through writing. As technology advances, the way of communication changes and communication becomes easier and faster. Communication is also a way of sending and receiving information and there are computers and one of the latest technological advancements, Skype and satellite television. The fact that a person gives the information, he is the sender while the other person is the recipient of the message. This does not guarantee that the recipient will decode the message in the correct way, and this can be demonstrated by the action taken by the recipient after receiving the message. Therefore, the sender must encode the message in a way to ensure that the recipient decodes it correctly. The message can be the use of words, behavior to express information, sounds or signs and all of these serve to express ideas, feelings or thoughts. Communication is essential in the learning process, to communicate effectively, one must have learned the mode of communication. Learning makes it easier to send a message and package information so that the recipient understands the message when they decode it and take the required action.
