Once Juliette learned the sad news of her marriage, she went to Brother Laurent and he presented her with a cunning plan. On her wedding night, Juliet took the sleeping potion that made her appear dead, and her family thought she was dead too. Because everyone was acting in haste, Romeo knew about Juliet's death, so he killed himself just to be with Juliet. Juliet woke up to accompany Romeo and found him dead.
