Essay / Existing Solutions to Support Pluripotent Stem Cell Research
Pluripotent stem cell is considered the future of medicine because these stem cells can specialize and differentiate into any type of human cell in the body. This, however, requires unused embryos which can then be harvested to generate new stem cells. These human embryos contain a special type of stem cells called embryonic stem cells, which have the ability to facilitate the process of stem cell development, but the fact is that this particular topic causes a lot of controversy. Get an original essayOne of the main reasons we believed that research in this area, although it has saved people and helped combat many genetic and chronic diseases, is that the public is not as informed that he could be on this particular issue. A possible solution that could contribute to public awareness of this stem cell research would be to introduce a class or even a system dedicated to stem cell research and discovery in public schools, in order to contribute to the implementation place of a “unit”. We believe that if this course were offered to high school students, it would give us the opportunity to present this research to students before they enter college. This suggestion could be a way to introduce students to this type of work, as we are told that approximately 41% of the public is unfamiliar with pluripotent stem cells. Educating people could really establish a platform on which this research could build, so that it could eventually become an essential part of research. For example, this could mean teaching some stem cell biology units during biology, and introducing the material through modules and other programs could help implement the integration of this research in all scientific programs. However, due to the lack of familiarity, funding for these programs would lack support, as most of the public refutes the idea of pluripotent stem cell research, and mainly because they lack the understanding of it. Unless there is increased support for stem cell research sufficient to implement the teaching of this research, then we may find that this will not be a good solution until the public has acquired more knowledge on this subject. Another existing solution that could prove beneficial would be to bring this area of research to the public, but in a way that is easier for them to understand. Most research in this area is comprised of scientific articles that provide us with a large amount of information about stem cell research, and although most of the public is unfamiliar with the medical and scientific terminology discussed in these articles, it can act as a barrier to the public, making it difficult to address the subject of pluripotent stem cells. When one is not able to process and understand the information presented on a topic, it can ultimately lead to misconceptions in the field and allow fiction to mix with facts. We believe that by demonstrating the uses, benefits and gains of using pluripotent stem cells, it can help educate the public about the good reasons to use pluripotent stem cells. Although it may be difficult for a poorly understood subject to obtain a..
