The main one that comes to mind is my Pop Pop, Andrew Dolman. My grandfather is the definition of a great leader; he listens to the needs of his followers and is an excellent communicator and listener. My grandfather is always ready to give you a helping hand and he never condemns you. He is very positive; even when it seems like everything is falling apart around us, his positive attitude unites us and encourages us to persevere. His life motto is to lead by example and he does it daily. Most importantly, he is confident and extremely honest. My grandfather inspires me every day to be more like him. He is a good person and a great leader, he takes care of the whole family
