The kitchen is a place of creativity and imagination. The most amazing things are created there from almost nothing. For other people, the kitchen may be an ordinary common room in their home. However, for me, cooking provides a blank canvas waiting to be painted; it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. The sights, smells and tastes of the kitchen make it my favorite place. Being in the kitchen, I immediately feel at home. The shiny chrome refrigerator filled with all sorts of shapes and colors fills me with joy. The shiny light brown shelves with their little shiny silver buttons the size of a coin reflect what is happening around them as if they were recording a movie; people passing by them and the colors of the television screen changing. The microwave, located above the four dark, shiny, wide-eyed cooktops, stares back at me, making me feel like I want to sprinkle a cake with love and care. A little to the right is the milky white pantry with foods and boxes of all colors. As I head to the pantry, I see one particular box that stands out from all the others....
