My dream of becoming a football player is gradually diminishing and at this point I have had various dreams about my future; such as becoming a university professor, doctor and engineer. I discovered my passion for engineering when I was in high school, I had good grades in math, physics and technology. The fact that my father was an electrical engineer and earning a lot of money at that time reinforced my interest in becoming an engineer. After high school, I was admitted to a local university in Nigeria, where I decided to study civil engineering. I chose civil engineering because of my interests and passion for constructing buildings, bridges and roads. Throughout my studies in civil engineering, I took many engineering courses such as strength of materials, fluid mechanics, safety management, among others.
