Websites consist of layers of tabs that help direct the customer to the category where the product they are looking for is located. With the large amount of products they handle, Amazon needs to stay up to date with the latest hardware and software to ensure their website runs smoothly. This includes things like databases, data communications products and security software. Amazon.com should also use the System Design Life Cycle (SDLC) consistently to determine whether or not new applications should be added to their business.
