Essay / The importance of organizational change - 991
Consistency of the coach, understanding things with the interpreter and recognizing certain differences under the browser are the keys to making an organizational change a more effective transition. Every situation is different and it becomes exponential when more things (employees) are added. This Navigator style allows you to approach these differences and then address them in a specific way. Senior management, executives and others do not need the same level of information. Gender differences must also be taken into account. Traveling across international borders and into different cultural contexts cannot be ignored and the Navigator helps approach these differences. Not only does this give a sense of personalization, but it also gives more weight to people’s buy-in. The Coach with the Performer also continues to add to this by once again presenting a thoughtful team with it all, providing a group mentality with all change makers whilst being cohesive, and just as importantly; which gives meaning. People will only buy into it if they think they understand. And by feeling special, they will also feel understood and appreciated. Misunderstandings and criticism will be kept to a minimum and this is probably the greatest result of this approach. A thousand “goods” can be sunk with one horrible “bad.” Risk management is the concern here. I am convinced that this combination is the recipe for best administering organizational change..
