  • Essay / God's Plan for Humans - 2065

God's Plan for HumansThe purpose of creating humans has been the most complicated issue in world history. According to the Bible, God created humans in his image (Genesis 1:26). He created mankind for his own fellowship, that he might be their God and that they might be his people (Exodus 6:7, Leviticus 26:12, Jeremiah 7:23, 31:33, 2 Corinthians 6:16, Revelation 21:3). ).God created humans in his own image; therefore, all humans have the power and right to choose. The Lord has presented His laws through His Word for the welfare and guidance of humans. These laws or the Word of God are the cause of blessing in life and guidance for successful living here and for eternity. When the Lord created Adam and Eve, He declared His law against eating of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (Genesis 2:17). But unfortunately, they followed their own way instead of God's and ate the fruit of that tree. This is how God's law was broken and sin was committed. It is crucial to mention that sin is nothing other than breaking God's law, and sin does not only include murder or adultery, but when we go our own way instead of obeying in God's way we sin. In some parts of the Bible it is clearly stated that sin is only breaking God's laws (1 John 4:3, Genesis 3:6). Because God is Holy, therefore with the sin of Adam and Eve, spiritual death, which is separation from God, came to Adam and Eve and to their descendants, the human race. It is necessary to explain two important attributes of God, Holiness and Love. God is Holy and there is no sin in Him. The holiness of God has been mentioned several times in the Bible (Exodus 15:11, Deuteronomy 32:15, Isaiah 6:3, James 1:17, Revelation 4:8). The other attribute of God is Love which...... middle of paper ......d, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace". In the book of Zechariah, the Lord says: "They They will look at him whom they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and they will mourn for him bitterly as one mourns for a firstborn son” (Zechariah 12:10).” In this verse we see clearly that the Lord predicted His own death on the cross and spear thrust, which happened to Jesus Christ (John 19:34-37). In the New Covenant we see many verses that speak of Jesus as God. In John we read: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was initially with God. All things were created by Him, and without Him nothing was created... And the word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.(
