It is a very important task for the project manager to manage the virtual team of the project. The project manager must give more focus and attention to the virtual team in order to maintain clear goals, performance standards and communication skills. It is vertical to avoid misunderstandings between team members, particularly communication. In my opinion, one of the biggest challenges for the project manager is establishing and maintaining trust among team members. How will the project manager provide a solution in case of risk? If risks arise, the project manager should provide and follow some basic steps to identify the risk and the steps to take to implement the safety measures (CMS, 2007). These are: • Identify the problem • Gather data • Evaluate existing security measures • Determine if the problem will occur
