In the past, the husband was the one who worked hard to earn money for his family and ensure that all necessities were sufficient. While women are often seen as the ones who take care of all the household needs and spend all day at home taking care of children and making sure a house feels like a home. However, at present, not only is this way of life disappearing, but we are actually witnessing a reversal of roles between men and women. We can see that there are many different opinions regarding the term “house husband”. From our understanding, house husband is where men take responsibility for daily household chores, from cleaning to raising children, which are always the responsibility of women, while women take responsibility to earn their living outside. If we look at our community's views and understanding of the stay at home husband, they define the stay at home husband as men who do not have a permanent job and who have decided to stay at home while their woman becomes the breadwinner of the family.
