Poverty is a never-ending war. “Fifty years later, we are losing this war” (http://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052702303345104579282760272285556). “Poverty” is a major problem across America. America has had to develop multiple strategies to combat poverty across all 50 states. Poverty has led to an uproar of crime, drug abuse, broken homes, and degradation of the physical environment. All of this accumulated over a long period “from the mid-1960s to 2015.” Poverty is a sensitive subject that requires answers that few people, “including politicians,” can have and, as a result, more problems arise.
