Hamlet's MessageHamlet shows a lot of sadness and also contemplates suicide. He is very confused with his feelings and his depression has made him lose his morale, but Hamlet uses a mask of pride to hide all this from the naked eye. The many events that happened made it difficult to think clearly about Hamlet. His plans to avenge his father's death unfold before his eyes; and he's not in the right frame of mind to make things right. Hamlet can be very proud; but it is obvious that he is very depressed and confused with life; “O God, God, how tired, dull, dull and useless all the uses of this world seem to me! » (I; ii; 32-34) First, Hamlet returns home to a deceased father and his mother's remarriage to his uncle, Claudius; “We beg you to cast this unprecedented misfortune to earth and consider us as a father, for let the world take note that you are closest to our throne.” (I; ii, 106-109) All of this was a huge negative shock to Hamlet. He does not understand the events that took place. The remarriage of Hamlet's mother makes grieving his father's death even more difficult. He doesn't understand why his mother remarried so soon after her husband's death; especially the fact that it belongs to his uncle, Claudius. All of this caused Hamlet a lot of anger and sadness. All his feelings became unbearable and repressed. He begins to lose control of his life. This also made him feel a lot of hatred towards his mother. He also feels hatred towards Claude and blames him for their marriage. Hamlet's hatred does not stop with his mother and Claudius; he begins to see women less due to his mother's actions. Just when Hamlet thought things couldn't get worse, his father's ghost appears, revealing his murderer; “The serpent that bit your father’s life now wears his crown” (I; v; 39-40). Hamlet was not at all surprised to discover that his father's murderer was his own uncle; “O my prophetic soul!” (I; v; 41) Although Hamlet and two others saw the ghost with their own eyes, Hamlet was still reluctant to believe it. Hamlet was the only one to hear the words of his father's ghost.
